To effectively MEASURE, MONITOR and, CONTROL Gypsum based manufacturing process' is what gave rise to the ACCU-SCAN System. The ACCU-SCAN System was born in order to provide accurate measurements of a wet process' such as Drywall, Gypsum Fiber Board and, Fiber Cement. We knew that we had a reputation to live up to and, that many of our customers in the Gypsum manufacturing industries would be the same companies we had done business with in the past. To us this meant we had to develop our systems to be as accurate, reliable, and durable as the rest of our systems. What we designed was equipment that can be placed online without major modifications that is the most accurate and reliable products available to the Gypsum manufacturing industry. We build several different frames to house our sensors. This is not done to create a "good, better, best" marketing strategy. We build these different frames because they are necessary for proper placement on the manufacturing lines. We offer three discreet gauges for wet processes'. Cross Machine Profiles can be generated at the wet transfer area (space permitting), or online at the knife. Edge/Width Profile systems are an option on both systems.
