The ACCU-SCAN Cross Machine Profiler is designed to monitor thickness variations cross machine online. Accuracy is guaranteed to be +/- 0.0025" online over an eight-hour period without recalibration. Having this kind of performance allows for precise monitoring of thickness variations, wedging, concavity, and convexity. ACCU-SCAN Digital Laser Heads have an update rate of 880 times per second.
