When Automation Industries Corporation acquired TRIENCO we also acquired the companies knowledge of the Sawmill industry. TRIENCO through its subsidiary Powell Manufacturing literally changed the way sawmilling is done worldwide. In 1993 TRIENCO sold their interest in Powell Manufacturing and left the Sawmill business. That was a decision we regretted from the start. Now that we are no longer bound by non-compete clauses, we at A.I.C. can once again offer our diverse technologies to the Sawmill industry. |
